My son just lost his job, due to the economy, that he really enjoyed and was good at. He had just moved into an apartment a week ago. Unemployment in our area is at 15% and climbing. My son is a good worker and very dependable. He feels extremely defeated. He just got over a serious asthma attack a week before. I will try to keep him feeling positive. It won't be easy.

I am so happy that I am not the only one going through this. How ever I do not wish bad on any one but if you change the way you look at a situation you can change if it is bad or good. I am human though and I have been laid off since July of 08 and I cant help but feel guilty for not searching 100% of the time and now I have a cold as a result of not just chilling out on my self. I think I am caring too much what others think of me . Only I know what is good for me and what I need. LOL everyone

I lost a sale & it got me down, but I remember to "think" of the good to come of this and how it's for my benefit. Last year I lost a sale also, but then one came to me from nowhere & that's how things are, they come & go. Win some lose some.

I listen to your meditations regularly. They're calming. Think positive.

Whatever you do, remember to take a break to gather your thoughts before moving onto something else. A step sideways or back, can really be a step forward.
