I've only seen one other elevator with the "when flashing, help is on the way" indicator and it too has a buzz (very similar to that one) plus the same type of chime. When was this elevator installed? Did it ever have other fixtures prior to these?

The motor reminds me of an Otis (not the case with the example near me) and the indicator is different on this elevator (the one near me has one above the doors without round buttons and a red/green up/down). The up/down on this aren't like mine.

I think that buzzer is worse than the ThyssenKrupp or Dover buzz.

Notice that the roof of the cab looks like the one's tha the Dover's have. I think Dover had something to do with this one.

Sounds like it uses the nudge mode buzzer for the floor indicator, that's kind of annoying although not as bad as the TK buzz.
