They fit well when they were purchased but they were two years old and had just been soaked in blood and dried over night in a damp environment. They shrunk at some point. I watched this trial in college and the defense did very little to argue the style of the glove was the same. They fit well when they were purchased but they were two years old and had just been soaked in blood and dried over night in a damp environment. They shrunk at some point. It isn't like the prosecution needed to prove they fit perfect that night. Had they fit perfect both may have come off in the struggle.

Evidence was given that Nicole had purchased two sets of these gloves prior to the murders in xl just like the ones found. So he actually killed his ex wife with gloves she had purchased for him. So sad.

If even 1 drop of his blood had been on either of the victims, that would have been a slam dunk for a guilty verdict. So why wasn't his blood on either victim? Because by the time it was brought there by the phlebotomist, the bodies were already in the morgue. Not guilty. Case closed.

How did the blood get through his foot to side 3? Simple: A needle was dipped into his blood from a vial, and then poked into the sock. Side 2 had a smaller spot than side 1. Side 3 had the smallest spot of blood. Planted evidence. No blood on side 4.

You cannot dismiss the evidence if it was all corroborated by police that were there before him. @trev2597 the glove fit, it came off real easy.. just like at Nicoles house.. the size was what was purchased with a American Express card at Bloomingdales in NY. One of 40 stores in the country that sell the Bruno Magli shoes that were used in the murder as well. Just another coincidence. @mjmitch33 if you look closely at those gloves and the evidence gloves shown in the courtroom, you can see that they are very similar but the courtroom gloves have a little bit of white embroidery on the palm and the wrist. I don't see that on the gloves in this video. I do believe he killed them. Nothing will change my mind about that.

@jilldbloomer The expert from Isotoner that was put on the stand testified and identified many markings that showed it to be the same model glove at the trial. I watched this trial in college and the defense did very little to argue the style of the glove was the same. Credit card receipts for the gloves were brought in to show the purchase of the gloves by Nicole as well.
