the headphone jack is like a usb kid of jack not like regular headphones so you couldnt use your own if that makes sense lol. the main menu or those characters are not touch controlled. the only touch screen part of the phone is the keypad you can bring up without opening the phone.

Yeah you have to use the cable that came with it and go straight into the phone... go to my computer and find your phone then open it up ... then click on sounds.... then copy and [aste whatever you want straight into the memory :)

i got this phone for my bday, and i had trouble getting music on it through usb/sync from the comp, so in the end i had to bluetooth my songs from my old phone to the ks360 and save them on the mem card, mine plays wma files fine. :) overall though it is a good phone, great video:)

i always have trouble connecting any of my fones to laptop though ... but thats not really a problem for me .. the music and sound is like listening to a stereo ... and u can watch sky tv through it ... which is cool on the move ..

i would reccomend this fone to anyone tbh .. :)
