@JesseLee85719 You can tell specifically if a LD is laser-rotted if the video has multi-colored "sparklies" present in the video, and in some more severe cases, a light amount of static in the soundtrack. It varies from disc to disc, I have some LDs from 1981 that have harly any rot at all, and some from later that have such. I guess it depends on the quality of the materials used to make the disc...
DiscoVision? That's the rarest laserdisc I have ever heard of! I heard that Universal Studios bought back all the Discovisions at stores and kept them. So they're rarest as they can be!
