@TheCHINACHINACHINA Actually it's because of Korean Government... they forced H.Rotem within the limited time. H didn't have enough time for the test drive. now... things happens.

KTX-II isn't TGV technology anymore.
Hyundai Rotem developed it.

KTX has been made with TGV technologie, not ICE.
