How fast is the Sigma SD15 at showing the image preview after a shot? My SD14 always make me embarrased when I have to stand there waiting for the camera to show us the preview;-(
@webmatros Well, you're not alone. I also wish Sigma would make something like what was possible with the SD9 - it could actually do two things at the same time! (like viewing another shot while saving to card). I asked them to at least try with the SD1 - SD15 isn't any better than SD14 in this regard, at least not using the first firm ware which is still the only one released.
@warl0ck666 hehe.. I think it's from IKEA.. :D My wife LOVES her frog, and if you look at the two big dolls it's supposed to look like me and my wife - my mom made them for our wedding this summer. :)
@rytterfalk wow awesome ;) my wife bought her frog in a second-hand shop here in Slovakia, I was quite surprised, that there are more of those :) Well, been only few times in IKEA and did not notice it.
@warl0ck666 yes, very cool. Second hand you say? Must be a very resent thing or perhaps IKEA stole the idea from some Slovakian designer. :D Or.. I just had a closer look. I can't find any sticker, or tag on it.. nothing that tells me from where it is or who made it. hmm..

@webmatros Well, you're not alone. I also wish Sigma would make something like what was possible with the SD9 - it could actually do two things at the same time! (like viewing another shot while saving to card). I asked them to at least try with the SD1 - SD15 isn't any better than SD14 in this regard, at least not using the first firm ware which is still the only one released.

@rytterfalk Hmm, that's sad... I'd hoped they'd have made some progress with the SD15 regarding those looong moments of waiting.
Whenever I try another brand DSLR, like Canon, it feels lightyears ahead, much much faster, even in the entry-level models.
Best thing would be if Sigma started collaborating with another DSLR maker, like Fuji did with their Nikon-based houses.
