Like the commentators said....You don't see too many KO's in Womans MMA. So Kerry Vera can push forward more. In the LHW division in which Brandon Vera is in...you can't rush forward as much cause pretty much everyone at LHW can knock you out.

Wow, Kerry is amazing. I wouldn't say she is better than her husband because his strategy is different but Kerry is certainly more aggressive, consistent and a better striker.

Great fight for both fighters, but has anyone else noticed that not once did the fight go to the ground. It might be a sign that neither fighter is confident in their ground game which could be their achilles heel if they choose to go further in mma. Despite that though both fighters showed that they could dish out and take a good deal of punishment just like their male counterparts so kudos to them for doing their part to shine a positive light on women's mma.

actually, normal woman mma fighters dont have KO power, some do but those are usually stand up boxers who suck at grappling. a normal man would knock them out easy.
