But hands don't play such an immense part in running as to inhibit him from moving at an adequate speed, or to require him to walk all the time. So I don’t really see your argument here… And in episode 3 he seemed to be able to move his robotic arm just fine. So unless technology regressed since the last time he lost a limb he'd be able to run
