I recommend not using a hand sanitizer... I think you should wash your hands in the sink with an anti-bacterial soap because hand sanitizers just kill the bacteria; the bacteria doesn't move off of your hands, they just die on your hands. Therefore, you're just applying dead bacteria on your face, which is also gross. Just a suggestion! xo

I think that you should grow your eyebrows out to how they were when you first started youtube (like in your face routine video with the blonde hair) Fuller eyebrows make you look so youthful and pretty! I recently grew mine out, and I'm so glad I did it. I'm not trying to be mean, I just know from personal experience how youthful and fresh I look with fuller eyebrows!

@autumnsylver Hey, I sort of had the same predicament. I have oily skin, and my foundation would smudge if it touched anything (I actually left a huge foundation mark on my friend's wedding dress shoulder when I hugged her, it was mortifying!) So I decided to try a new foundation that would be touchable with good coverage. I tried Mary Kay's foundation for oily skin, and it is AMAZING! I can touch my face, and no color comes off, and the coverage is great, so you don't have to use very much :)

@pink70makeup it's not about the darkness (even though i'd still recommend a lighter tone), since another layer of normal concealer will cover it. the point is that the first concealer needs to be salmon toned/more orange to counter the dark circles.

of course, this is for people with very dark circles. mine aren't too bad so a lighter concealer alone is fine for me.

Two: I have acne, and my face is oily/dry depending on the area. Liquid foundation always makes the acne stand out and look dry and flaky. Do the products you use cover that?

Your face looks really nice, but you do use a lot of products, maybe for you its not a lot, because you're used to it, but if it was me I would feel that my face was all caked up.

It doesn't feel like that if you're using a primer. It makes your makeup blend into your skin. I use a primer, foundation, concealer and setting powder and it stays on all day and doesn't feel heavy at all. Also if you're using high end products, it's much much lighter on your skin and you use a lot less. If you use something like makeup forever, it'll feel light, if you use maybelline, it'll feel really heavy. I even think clinique and mac are too heavy.

Yeah, Maybelline is a bit heavy for sure, I've never used MAC foundations, only the Mineralize skinfinish which I adore, and their concealer. And you really think Clinique is heavy??? I use the Even Better foundation and I think its so light. I'm going to search now for a good primer, I got one from Stila, but I don't think its that great, doesn't do much unfortunately. =-(

I suggest the Bare Escentuals Prime Time. It makes your skin so soft and its so weightless. Plus you know its not bad for you, and creates a layer of healthy, natural primer in between your face and your makeup.

For school I used only a concealer to cover up spots/undereyecircles (remember to buy a shade lighter for your dark circles and a shade that matches your skintone for spots discolorations etc) blush and mascara.

it took me like 3 min max.

I don't think Foundation is necessary for school.

i assume you could do this look in 5 minutes. it only took longer because she was explaiining everything as she went along. and still, if thats too long for you, you could always adjust that routine to your own face. you might not have brow or under eye problems like leesh, so you could take those steps out

tinted moisturiser. it gives your face a glow, and that 'finished' makeup look, but looks and feels really light. it also allows your natural skin tones to comes through.

most makeup brands do their own version of it, under various names.

your neck is never really a bajillion shades different from your face, they're relivitivly the same.

when you do your foundation, you could start in the center of your face, blending downward.

dont actually put foundation onto your neck or blend your neck itself, all you want to do is blend along your jaw line and like write under your jaw bone.

make a smoooooooooth transition.
