:46 was very cool and it looked really hard. I think the Russians were completely overlooked in the Olympics. The judges only cared about the Chinese and Americans, who had a high popularity rank. I think she deserved a medal back in 2008.

You're right. I have no idea how they came up with the "KENSENIA" pronunciation but it really should be "XENIA". And in Russian Semenova is pronounced with a soft "e" so "SYEMYENOVA". KENsenya...?!?!?! hehehe

*sigh* poor Tasha, she just is so ditzy sometimes! No, this is not at all Ksenia's first year at the senior level---LAST year was her first year as a senior. For Pete's sake Tasha, she was a World Champion in 2007, and YOU were one of the commentators watching her!

@SilivasGold Semenova was still 'technically' a junior in 2007. She never officially turned senior until 2008.

Of course she did compete at a senior level at worlds, however she was still technically a junior then. I think that is what Tasha means: This is her first competition competing as a senior. The words may have just came out wrong.
