Its the ORB-01 Akatsuki from Gundam SEED Destiny. Lockon's Haro is piloting it in this vid but its real pilots are Cagalli Yura Athla (who you can't get) and Mu La Flaga.

@Kiyosuki A Psyco Gundam head attached to a die armed with a giant particle cannon and missiles. A talking robot piloting a golden mobile suit, some random guy piloting the best unit in the game, Master Asia and Domon, Kamille, someone in the Belphagor. I don't think this was enough, because it should have had Strike Freedom and 00 Raiser as well as Wing Zero

There are five haro (1 for UC, 2 for CE and 2 for AD) and they can be used as a pilot, it's enough to create a force group.

It's the Psycolo Gundam. It's an original unit from SD Gundam Gachapon Wars. It's actually pretty strong and has some good crowd clearing attacks.
