This song is not right for her. Highlights all her vocal weaknesses. And it sounds cliche, like a hundred other songs, kinda generic, kinda Muzak. And it drags. Thank god she found better material in the 90s. Songs like Believe and One By One.

According to the liner notes of Cher's Heart Of Stone cd, even though Desmond Child co-wrote this song, this version was produced by some guy named Peter Acher. Desmond did produce 3 tracks on this particular cd but, saldy, Love On A Rooftop wasn't one of them.
