  • Lol, this is great, It really makes you think, especially since I've heard Al Gore say yeterday that Abraham Lincoln was our greatest president.

  • @Jimraynor45 gore and lincoln are both tyrants.

  • Article 1, Section 10 says: "No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay." So, the states were specifically restricted from these actions, and thus did not have the "right" to carry them out under the Tenth Amendment! Mere jugglery on words.
