@JabneelSlashCruz im not an idiot. DO you know why their stomach grows. creating a larger waist line. Because of the human growth hormones they take. It makes there organs grow aswell as there muscles. Arnold is considered to have the best phisique of all time.
@RoroCWalker Hes the 2010 NPC USA Super HW and Overall winner, so there is no reason to say he is doing horrible form. Hes trained like that because hes seen results.
