C'mon Clark vs Zombie Lionel? Eh, Darkseid couldnt use his Omega Beams on Clark either? And Darkseid's voice? Blah! These are just my gripes with this scene, but when it showed him just hovering in midair and Lionel looks up at him like "Oh nos" that was awesome

im annoyed that darkseid and his minions just kind of...vanished. i mean, what happened? Clark tackled darkseid, and he was gone, and then ollie shot his three minions to death....WHAT?!?!

@prolifer1000 clark could only get rid of darkseid after overcoming any doubt of darkness or doubt itself within him. Therefore him beleiving in himself and flying was the way to defeat darkseid. Darkseid in smallville never represented a fight that outmatched clark, but all about overcoming darkness, fear and doubt which clark does so its perfect! and with oliver, he was only able to defeat the minions after he overcame the darkness, because really the bow of orion's weapon is in everyone!

@rollercoasterfan97 yeah darkseid deserves more. Darkseid needs to take superman to within an inch of his life. Darkseid needs to be Darkseid. Smallville makes luthor zod then lionel darkseid. No one wanted Lionel to be darkseid.

@bingbang3214 these epic battles happen later in supermans life. An epic battle is irrelevant at this point of clark kents life. Like ive said a million times, darkseid is the catalyst in what prompted clark to become superman. It wouldnt have mattered how many times darkseid bashed clark, it was clark having to overcome the darkness within that was his ultimate greatest battle. this needs to be understood about the entire darkseid arc and the finale - it was all about overcoming challenges.

I wish lana lang could've appeared for a very short while... like she's reading a newpaper article made by lois about the superman "Clark"... and would smile, which means she is happy for him... and then goes off to save other people too wherever she is since she got powers.... that would've made me extra super duper happy... but nice ending though!

@BNPxTRUTH For Darkseid's voice, they should have used Michael Ironside, who provided the voice for the character on the "Superman" and "Justice League" animated series. I doubt it would have been that hard to get him, since he also played Lois' father, General Sam Lane, on "Smallville".
