@Pizarroconquer Well... It might but it probably covers something before the D1 and D2 there is obviously other tons of lore hidden.

@Pizarroconquer It will explain more and it also changes the early lore a bit since there were different versions all along. This one brings them together and gives it an official version to go on from now (Diablo was initially developped by another company).

How many evils have we defeated now? I mean we killed Diablo, Baal and Mephisto the three prime evils and two (or three) lesser evils Duriel and Andariel (do anyone know if the Butcher from the first game was a lesser evil?) and then we have Belial and Azmodan that leaves us with three (or two) lesser evils unaccounted for.

@immortaliserwow I actually just got my copy of the book in the mail today. It has(going to count) just about 90 pages have art. Most span over the two pages you are on. Some pages contain full pages of very detailed art to a couple doodles on a a page. This is book is VERY well made.

this is so well done, Cain is part of a secret brotherhood whom live to to protect santuary from the prime evils. I love the lore, absolutly my favorit game of all times.

Heh... yes, it was kind of cheesy... by the way the book of cain has actually been added in game with the last patch... it's now residing on the desk in cain's house and is much bigger and thicker than the real one...

@ScorchHellfire There's Cain Journal that drops from the book in his house and it has two parts, also there's Cain's Old Journal that drops from the abandoned houses up to and in New Tristram drop two parts of Cain's Old Journal, which has the same entries as Cain's Diary from the D3 site (the vile staff of Lazarus was brought to me today and so on...). I am conviced that we might get more small entries from Cain's Journal as we progress in the game.
