Many people judge her because of killing Shannon...ACCIDENTALY. Ana had a troubled past. She lost a baby because of one guy who she then killed out of hatred. She then escaped to Australia to get away from it all. She then felt so bad and had her mother forgive her, so she decide to return home. She felt so ashamed and bad for killing Shannon. Ben told Goodwin she wasn't a "good" person but Goodwin didn't give up on her. She ended up not killing Ben in the hatch. She was a good person.

Completely agree! She was a complicated woman it took time to understand and her story is told and why she is the way she is. How do people hate her? Shes saved so many ppl on the island and was their leader and saw right trhough The Others, she was one of the few SMART people on that dam island. Should have killed Kate instead, that bitch is dumb as a rock.
