Hi, I know you eat food with lot of protein (eggs, mlik products and such, and vegetables, chicken, but is that all???), so could you post like a diet, or a plan, like what to eat, and what to try and avoid? Thanks in advance.
@bachurs96 was a coach potato for 6 y with my best friend world of warcraft...than 3y ago started to move a little gained weight builded it up than from illnes ive lost 10kg (had72after that) and now im on 76 and can lift my self 3 times and 2 more if i rly rly rly push it......im kinda destoryed
@bachurs96 i do 25 with fists vertically and horizontaly ...sometimes with fingers ...im just mad about this guy ...he can be spiderman lol im nothing compared to him
