I just got this workout.I'm really excited to get started and i'm going to put up before and after pictures. I don't know all the things about the catholic religion because i'm a born again christian, but i think it's nice that you're trying to be modest with it and not put up before and after pictures. There probably could be something that you could wear that would be appropriate though. Anyway thanks for sharing!

@Ms4evr22 You know more about being Catholic than you think :) Catholics were the first Christians, then the Eastern Orthodox :) Then of course the Protestant Christians cropped up in the 1500s. I've been able to do a few before and afters since this video :)

God didn't make our bodies so INCREDIBLY beautiful just so we could keep them covered and hidden all the time. Just my opinion.

@screwdestiny according to the bible God made adam and eve perfect, and put them in the garden of eden naked, so they could enjoy their beautiful bodies. but that was before sin. after sin entered their hearts, God himself covered them with clothing (animal skins).

there's nothing wrong with a beautiful body, the problem is in the heart. modesty is a virtue.

@pinya62 Yes, and if you choose to look at the human body with nothing but lust in your heart then that is definitely a problem. But if you simply look at it for what it is, a beautiful, marvelous work of art, then there is nothing wrong with that. It's sad to me that people can't even properly appreciate the form nowadays without it being considered sinful. It's beautiful and deserves to be seen in a beautiful way.

@screwdestiny You like to think that you have that much self-control, but you don't. When you view a sexually attractive body, your brain is stimulated strongly enough to be detected with an MRI, chemicals are released, and you have a sexual response whether you get an erection or not. You don't get to "choose" to lust or not, your brain just reacts. But if you wish to keep telling yourself you're just appreciating a work of art...well i guess that's your business.

I just purchased the videos from Beachbody and will be expecting them in the mail within the next 2 to 3 weeks. I am so excited to finally loose the last 20 pounds! With beachbody's P90X I lost sooooooo much weight people still compliment me on how great I look. But I want to be cute and thin like the Super models so that will be my aim for these videos I just purchased.

I like that i don't use equipment although I plan to do p90-x eventually when well conditioned with insanity. before p90-x my fiancee and i might do turbofire...maybe, maybe not. for some trange reason i don't like seeing the basketball court in insanity...yeah sounds strange :P lololol i wish shaun t was comical like tony although he did swear once in a video...lol

Great Video Super Coach! You look amazing! I look at it like this We have to respect the body that God has given us and through healthy eating and fitness is the way to maintain the faith and respect we pay to God. We all know we think better and perform better when we are healthy. Workout clothes are made to be comfortable to the person wearing them and should not be judged by the negative onlookers. You are going in the right direction and let the negative people do what they believe is right.

Dont read to far into it...If you do not mean it in an immodest way, then its not that way. You can be fully clothed and some perv is going to make a creepy comment on your figure.  After all the goal of your video IS to show your figure (results)...

It's challenging my creativity. :)

I understand. Perhaps just talk about your Body weight and Body fat percentage losses to give an idea of your progress. I appreciate you sharing what your doing. I DO NOT feel that you have to show us your body in order to show your progress. Simply hearing how you are feeling over time after you weight loss or strengh gains would do the trick im sure!
