His thumb is facing his body when it shouldn't, I know this for a fact because I am an artist and this is a common rookie mistake, I have also taken classes on how to wield a sword so I know that this is impossible.

@NightAn93l The problem is that i am HOLDING a sword in this manner. The left arm (is hopefully the one everyone is talking about lol) has its hands open with his palm facing up (towards the hilt) therefore the thump and finger facing outwards. How is that so hard to understand? (Although i do admit in real life cases your thump would be tilted more to one side, if that makes sense? lol)

You'll see that both your thumbs are on the inside, facing each other. now look at his hand, and imagine him rotating it so that the knuckles are facing up. You'll see that his thumb is on the same side as the other hands, so that if he held them out straight one thumb would be on the inside and one on the outside.

@Kurenai0okami Dude that's not a stance, the artist placed his thumb in the wrong position (common mistake). It is physically impossible for someone to hold a sword like that, I am an artist and I know this for a fact.
