I had something which kinda was the same.

i had a 6star wanted level and stole a swat van, then there was a way into a tunnel, which went down, and a police car was coming in front of me, truned, came sideways under my van, rolled over 4 times and exploded. ALL UNDER MY VAN WHICH HAD NO DAMAGE FROM THAT! XD

Haha... I have an explination :) I have had similar things like that happen to me on the same stretch of roadway....especially online....you notice in the video the taxi launches up after hitting the raised part of the street (thus the discoloration) The game recognizes the part of the road as elevated...and if you hit it to fast...it glitches to make it like a second swingset glitch.... :D

Its not fake, there are strips that you can do it with in the ground, look at the grey bit where the tyres hit. i figured it out after i somehow did a perfect backflip in an infernus off flat ground...
