This has to be the subtlest sex scene ever. The covert eroticism in this song is so much more beautiful than the grotesque stuff they have these days. Every movement is so significant - it basically signifies Paro giving her virginity to Devdas. But the way they do it is just so artful & poetic. Incredible

I took a class where we watched this movie and I learned it relates to the story about Krishna. He would flirt with the Gopis who would be going to get water and he would poor water on them--so yeah it was sexual and an allusion to Krishna and the Gopis.
