Begin making layers in a moderately deep baking dish. First coat your
baking dish with a thin layer of olive oil, then a thin layer of spaghetti
sauce, then a layer of pollenta, then a layer of spinach with mushrooms, and so on, in the same order. Top with slices of mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Pretty good. I liked the split screen effect. maybe the cheeze squeeze thing would grow on me, as might the pouring liquid thing. I wish I could taste the polenta thing. Looks ok. Looking forward to more shows.
I'm waiting for that women to pull a fetus out of that jar any second now . . .

Polenta is an Italian porridge-like dish, made mostly with cornmeal, but also barley, chestnuts and other ingredients.
That's a cool name, by the way, Dr Twyla.

What is that white liquid with lumps in the jar? Are you making your own kefir? Can I get the recipe - that stuff is expensive in the stores.

Pass the pepto. Not at the vid, at the previous comment. That polenta looked awesome.
