  • Spellbinding! I've been contemplating whether or not to buy a hammered dulcimer, and this video made me want one 100%. lol

  • One of the best things about this instrument is that you get these enormous chords that turns heads.

  • WOW! That is mesmerizing. You make it look easy but that has GOT to be difficult. Thanks. I chanced upon your video while I was looking for the music to 'Dulaman' for the tin whistle.

  • Thanks for your compliments! Do you play the tin whistle? I am planning on posting some videos of my penny whistles soon, but I am waiting to have a friend help me record it in our chapel where the acoustics are absolutely amazing for the whistle.

  • Well, not like I'd imagine you do. I like to play because the fingerings are much like the saxophone which I enjoyed playing as a kid and it is my only creative outlet. I am looking forward to your next video.

  • love the melody

  • Bravo.

  • Very Beautiful. How long have you been playing? That is a very nice masterworks dulcimer you have. I am waiting on my Cloud Nine 20/19/8 to be completed. It should be done in late January and I will post videos as soon as it arrives.

  • Thank you very much for the nice compliments. I have been playing for 4 years as of this Christmas. I started off on a Rick Thum 13/12 Meadowlark. I will be excited to see your new dulcimer, I'm assuming with the extra strings and bridges, it will have an extended bass range? I wanted that so I took my three chromatic notes on my Mater Works and tuned them down to C, A, and G below my lowest D.

  • Nice piece
