this isnt from the ride and hes not burnt the ride was burnt down in 2008 this video was uploaded in 2007 so the ride still should have up and running
This thing is from the king kong movie? I thought they used CG for the creature effects. Unless this is an old one

No he was destroyed. This is a different kong, that was used at the premiere of Peter Jackson's Kong.
