Try the InterLibraryLoan at a participating library (usually colleges). It's on his Hic et Nunc CD which was released while he was a student (perhaps graduating?) at the CNSM Paris Conservatory. The most badass thing on that CD, however (and in my opinion), is the recording of Michael Jarrell's Resurgences: hit me in the gut first time I heard it.
We decided that the rhythms in this piece were important as written, and that we should avoid making fudged gestures out of them. We had to go through, maybe a couple measures at a time, and make sure we were getting the correct combined rhythmic effect and balance. That said, I think that there is a lot of cause/effect relationship between the two parts: the way you do something can trigger the way the pianist does something, and vice versa. I love the care he took in writing this.
Thank you for this great recording!
Could you tell me where I can buy the Vincent David recording? I have been unable to locate it!

Who is the pianist? This is a very difficult part--I should know, I'm learning it!--and she deserves credit!
