Requiem for a Dream is awesome, but you guys need to stop using it for every fucking video. Seriously, it's up there with Let the Bodies Hit the Floor and Linkin Park songs. This may come as a surpirise to you, but YES there are other touching/sad soundtracks out there.

Then he shattered the Frozen Throne, put the Helmet on his head and after 4 years sat on the Throne, he destroyed Ner'zhul's soul, bound to the armor, and his to. He became Arthas, the soulless Lich King.

@antioeln : No, the wyrm is Sindragosa, the last boss of ICC before the Lich King. She was once a blue dragon, consort of Malygos, but she was killed by Deathwing during the War of the Ancients. She died in Icecrown, unable to reach the Dragonblight and find peace. So, 10 000 years after that, Arthas ressurected her.

There is nothing more interesting to me than warcraft lore. I've grown up with it, and I love it more than any other "story". This video, and the tale of Arthas itself, stands for all that I loved in my childhood. Best story, best lore, best depiction by blizzard artists.

@Zxoxz21 yea, thats just a floor pattern. Its in the ruins of lordaeron, where it actually happened years before. If you go there, you'll find a blood stain where the crown landed. The throne room in HoR looks exactly the same as the throne room in lordaeron, because Arthas, being related to Terenas II, most likely built had it built with him in mind.

Arthas IS the Lich King... well the new one... There was a Lich King before Arthas. Arthas was never killed. He was driven mad by the Lich King's voice that he heard as he was weilding Frostmourn. He walked for many days in the frozen wastes after killing Mal Ganis, and then returned to Stormwind, welcomed as a hero. He later stabbed his father, and returned back to Northrend. He sat on the frozen throne and waited 300 to plague Lordaeron, as the new leader of the Scourge.
