My theory on this PSA is that smoking Marijuana can make you overdo things, such as drying your already dry hair. In the first few seconds, her hair was wet, and she did need to dry her hair. But she kept drying it after it was already dried. PFDFA in this ad is most likely saying that Marijuana is a mind controlling substance.

This is the perfect example of how stupid the War on Drugs is. "Don't smoke pot or.......what? You might accidentally overdry your hair? This commercial had no facts, statistics, or data. It gave ZERO REASONS NOT TO SMOKE MARIJUANA! I can give infinite reasons why it's not harmful, and they can't give 1 reason why it is. Just sayin'

It all depends on the drug. I don't think any kid should be trying drugs...they're just too young to make that choice. Weed, eh, I think they should legalize it. Crack, Meth, and Heroine? Those ones can screw you up permanently. Regardless, these gave me confidence as a kid to say, "No," whenever I felt uneasy about something.

@ReneeBo well the harder more serious drugs are a harder thing to discuss. in switzerland they have actually legalized heroin and distribute it to addicts. but instead of the typical homeless unhealthy junkies here, over there they have actually been able to become funtional in society, getting jobs, being able to live in a house, and cutting back on use of the drug. when it is legal use also goes down. so maybe it's not as bad as it's made out to be.

My theory on this PSA is that smoking Marijuana can make you overdo things, such as drying your already dry hair. In the first few seconds, her hair was wet, and she did need to dry her hair. But she kept drying it after it was already dried. PFDFA in this ad is most likely saying that Marijuana is a mind controlling substance.

@mankeys14 Actually it's big corporations that largely control the government that are the REAL problem. The tobacco, alcohol, and pharmaceutical companies funded these ads, irony? The government should be run for the people by the people, not by corporations, lobbies, and special interests.
