had wadkin moulder 5 head they built to last but has same problem with beds wear out fast wadkin is slow machine and hard to change belts if some idiot puts timber in before it speeds up. at least weinig have digital variable drive and not the wind in or out to change speed.
No ear protection the guys will be deaf if they keep working this machine very long> Speaking from experience!

it takes forever to adjust. been there didn t like it now it s weinig all the way

@otomodo69 we got weinig one too its easier then some to set up biggest problem is the bed wears out fast with hardwood

i ve done more than 5 millions of linear meter on it and no single wear marks on it.
Are you using the right lubricant?
i ve setup the lubricant at 50 sec. interval and no wear is visible. search for "weinig p 1000" and watch my video
