that's at least 3 1/2 inches more space! and the land cruiser has the same leg room as a tahoe, so this proves that the patrol is as spacious as an expedition! yes, it's excellent that patrol came with a model that finally rivals the land cruiser in every area, even better. the old patrols are simply left behind the shadow of any land cruiser! purists suck!

We Got this car but the 2006 Version its the most beautiful Patrol ever, this 2010 one is just F* UGLAY!!. Japanese seem to have no more good design ideas or just need to kick the guys out people in works to make good looking cars like the 2006-2009 Nissan Patrol again.

Lets be positive- front & rear appr & dep angles look the goods. A lard arse plain jane 200 would look no more impressive over this mild track. We would all love beam axles but everybody knew these were un likely. Give this machine a go as it represents unfortuntly represents 2010 so called 4wds. Long live the GU and this may be the case with planned continued production and competitive engine.

I wonder if nissan intends to keep production going for the GU as a base spec model in the same way toyota has the 76 series. I've heard they want to use a 3.0L V6 esel from renault which would be better than the current 3 litre bomb. Nissan don't seem to have learned though. This weighs more than 200 series which has a twin turbo 4.5L v8. And they want a single turbo 3.0L V6. It looks its going to have the same engine problem again. Bring back the 4.2 solid axle. Please!

That's it people. Patrol is now IFS and with a petrol only option at this stage. Great in the US and the middle east. WORTHLESS if you're not and it's bigger than a 200 series. PLEASE don't call it an offroad vehicle, 1 look at this clip proves it's not.

OMG!!!. its got IFS. that was the best thing about patrols. having a live front axle makes it so much easier to lift them etc.

The patrol may have lost some of it's tough looks, but this new one looks absolutely beautiful. Unlike toyota's Lc200 w/c looked like a moms car. But this new Patrol looks like a body builder in tuxedo!

I wonder how the Patrols twin (QX) will up the ante to compete with the Lexus LX.
