the cookie cutter? you just need two different clips or the same clips.. one of the clips is about the another, you use the cookie cutter effect on the top clip and customize it yourself....

for the one i did.. i used the square cookie cutter and where it says "Repeat X" or Repeat Y" have that all the way to the right. X will make it from left going too the right. Y will make it from top going to bottom (which is what i did)

and under that is a HSL Adjust. its a timeline for making the cut out move.. i did that in my video Chasing Echoes- Kiara
