okay, start off by recording the room without you in frame (DONT MOVE THE CAMERA) then record your self doing your thing without changin the shot, then in post loop the footage of of the empty room, and stack the footage of you dancing over it with the opacity dissovled halfway. if you need an example I used the same technique in my Dreamwalker's vid
