1 question though, did you not find the 600 carbs a little restrictive?
im not tring to be negative, but i am planning something closely related to this myself, so sorry if i come across negative.

@abuseproof2 The zx6 carbs run nicely on my friends golf gti 16 valve, we did try 1000cc fireblade carbs, but there were pressure issues. I think its safe to say that 600carbs will run up to a 2 litre! they arent too restrictive i dont think.
