@mycodermos about fchlngblock4gatecut, is not never seen, I find it when I played the game for first time, and I even thought was a bug. That cutscene is the room which is after the penultimate book and before the room with floating floors; it's located in a random and ilogical location, and can be activated by jumping in the floor where's some of the two flipendo targets.

anyone having a shit time getting past the very first lesson (the flipendo spell)? i cant seem to get the passing grade(50%) for the life of me. i get MAX 32%...

i dont know HOW i passed that test as a kid. im 19 now, found the game in my garage and cant figure the damn thing outtt arghhh

Remmember i played it a lot as a kid, only with norwegian dub in the game.

Even though i prefer to watch movies with orginal language, because dubbed movies are kinda gay ;)

Liked the game a lot more with that language because of the non akwardnes of Harry's girly voice when he cast a spell, just saying, no offense though :)

i remember playing harry potter and the sorcerers stone for ps1 a lonng time ago...i have a question though. was the charm flipendo ever mentioned in the book series?

@poliwhirl2014 flipendo was never metioned but the game producers just needed to make up a spell for simple use like knockback jinx and there wasnt really a spell like that in the book except for "Rictusempra" but its for duelling really.

i love this game!!! love it! haha. its really easy, but its my first pc game ever and i still have a love and find entertainment out of playing it to this day. Plus, the music is BA, and the atmosphere is creepy

Just a pointer, and it has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual challenge itself. In this challenge, if you get behind Quirrell, you can see hair under from under his turban, whereas that should be impossible as he has Voldemort on the back of his head, as a second face. Just a little fact.

yeah i have that same prob. when u go into debugmode and return to the main menu, click on your game and hit select level. i think that will work...

Nice if you use the command 'ghost' after you used the set engine.playerpawn bcheatsenabled thing you can fly and go trough walls... if you dont want to go trough walls use 'fly' and use 'walk' if you want to walk normally again
