Some people are trying to point out the wrong chord at the climax. But as far as I can see and understand from the Romanian comments, no one is actually giving you the solution. I'm surprised to find Bm (or Em in the version in C) all over the internet and here, too. Of course, it should be Bdom7. So you need a B, D#, F# and A in there.
