They obviously had a typo in there from how they meant to spell it, but it should be noted that there is no "correct way" to spell his name in English, as it is a name written in Cyrillic (Russian alphabet).

All other versions of his name are transliterations to English, and therefore all just as incorrect as one another.

His name is pronounced part way between "feo-dore" and "fy-oder" (not Fed-ore or Fay-dore), so Yemellyanenko Fyoder would be around closest for a transliteration.
