If you have drove on Chinese highways, you'll know some of them trucks overloads so much they barely crawling on the highway. Blocks everybody in the back, and the funny thing is that you'll have a truck going 30kph trying to pass another truck going 25kph when the speed limit is 100kph. lol

Actually, that truck was carrying a over weight load and was trying to evade custody. If the cops called for any more back up to try and stop him, the load might have toppled over putting people's lives in danger. On the news, it said in the end, they called for a road block to stop him. I would say the police were quite smart in this case.
