  • Tengo hambre :(

  • OMG THOSE MEATS LOOK SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!

  • Anthnoy Bourdain! is the ambassador of godliness food!

  • nice food man wow

  • Uruguay looks awesome specially the food.

  • Damn that meat looks so tender...

  • Getting ready in a few weeks my wife an myself we'll be there. Woohoo! counting the days. Time to re-enjoy those asados, those wines, pasta and the Uruguayan people. Uruguay, the kept secret of the travel world...

  • I can't believe they didn't find any information. When you open the phonebook, just in Salto there are about 15 families with Bourdin last name! Probably a variation of the Bourdain last name!

  • This episode was really fascinating to watch. To think Tony and his brother may not be entirely French descended and who knows, he might even have family there and never got to meet them. Maybe very distant cousins.

Reminds me of my family's own cloudy past, in particular my mother's side. She said her grandfather wasn't raised in El Salvador and wasn't even Latino to begin with. He even spoke a different language at few times. Maybe I'll find out one day as with the Bourdains.

  • What a glorious feast! This is torture for those only watching :(

  • I just went to Mercado Del puerto today and ate at the exact same restaurant lol

  • Uruguay is more then only European descent people, there people of Native and Afro descnet aswell, pero vivo Uruguay! saludos desde Colombia

  • @yourugua2008 Thank you for you comment men, i want to visit Uruguay one day men!,'it's so beautyfull but when do you have carnaval..

  • @OSORIOO Carnaval is in February, it´s the longest Carnaval in the world, more than a month.

  • @yourugua2008 but do you still life in Uruguay ?

  • @OSORIOO If you live in Colombia and your nickname is Osorio, why do you talk to me in English? I don't get it! About your question, no, I do not live in Uruguay, I am living in USA.

  • @yourugua2008 Soy Colombiano pero yo vivo en Hollanda, no te preocupes hombre.. pero gracias por la información!

  • @yourugua2008 5% afro-americano, 3% arabes y 2 % indio nativos.

  • I was born in Montevideo and have been several times! Fantastic country! So much to offer! Hope everyone could visit, at least once, in their lifetime.

  • Welcome to Uruguay! Greetings

  • Jajaa! Esos gringos comen como lima nueva. Buen provecho!

  • @loboblancouruguay La cara del loco en la parrilla no podía creerlo ajajaja, deja es un capo este loco jaja

  • at 05:20 that is "La rambla" its number one people favourite place to be in the afternoon. Its really has a extraordinary view to the Rio de la Plata ( Atlantic Ocean) people go there to chill out or have a traditional "Mate" Its just one of the most beautiful places in Montevideo and South America. If you are in Montevideo and want to go there, just go in south direction and you'll find it. Grettings from Uruguay !

  • Zero Dislike! :D

  • I wonder what their heart attack statistics are. So much meat.

  • wow the armadillo thing is amazing, kind of sad but it looks tasty , saludos de chile

  • i lived there for the first six years of my life and came to the us for the rest all i remember is the good meat and that no one when to mcdonalds

  • Maaan I wish I could go there... I'm originally from Uruguay but have lived in Norway for most of my life (moved when I was 3) and so my spanish has completely faded out, which is why I'm relatively scared of meeting relatives and people there. I really want to visit Uruguay but I want to work on my Spanish first.

  • Poor armadillo!

  • @crazyamazondude

Sometimes it reaches its hole and you'll have to use a finger to make it let go otherwise you'll end up with its tail in your hand... But yes, when it folds its hands together in praying, it's hard to kill la mulita :)
