Wow! lots of haters on here. I chose London over everyother City in Southern Ontario because it had the best vibe to it and the cost of living was manageable. I know all the hate comes from those who have been raised here and have never left and seen anything else. Anybody who has lived in the other Cities in Ontario can agree that London is one of the best if not the best. I've been here 12 years now and am very happy I chose London.
I use to live in London and did find it boring but now i live in Glace Bay Cape Breton N.S for the last 10 years, now i am bored stiff and wish i were back to my old stomping grounds.
London ON should enter the guinness world book of records for having the highest zombie population in the world (refer to downtown and east London crackheads).
It certainly can be boring, I grew up there, spent most of my life there. Now, having lived in TO for awhile, I miss the peace and quiet. When I go back to London, I really unwind, brings back lots of memories of parting in the 90s, and I always get a good night sleep!!!
You, of course, have proven yourself incredibly intelligent by stating that 1 + 1 = 2. The amount of detail in your analysis of our tax system astounds me.
This conversation can serve no purpose anymore. Goodbye.
@ryan519636 Again, I can write those off. Revenue Canada can be very lenient, unlike the IRS which as you should know will play for keeps. Base taxes are higher, but that is something which is easily changed once Harper has his majority.
By the way, how are your mortage-backed securities doing down there? How's your patriot act? And your stagnant middle class?
Not everyone has benefits, dipshit. I'm self-employed so I don't have to pay twice. Sometimes benefits are included with the job and no payment is necessary. When you are required to pay for benefits, you can write them off against your taxable income, therefore you still only pay once.
Unemployment may be a tad high, but at least it's declining without the need for a ridiculous bailout. Enjoy your 10.6% unemployment rate and increased tax burden, good American sir.
Well if you dont get up or drink in my homecity, true there is nothing much else to do,but across the street sideways fron Sammy's there is this nice pizza place Ive visited, good shizzle.
HAHA GO fuck yourself. If i was in Beverly hills I could find something better to do then comment on other peoples cities. I may live in a lame town but at least im not a fucking loser. Eat Shit and have a great day. From Canada
If you think its boring come downtown at midnight and walk from oxford to dundas along richmond. Its a student city ti doesn't wake up till four in the afternoon! Cheers.

London is the quintessential example of urban sprawl. The majority of the city is ugly and in the winter the place looks positively soviet.

You sent the request to have it deleted, but Youtube was the one who ultimately carried out that request, Amerifag.

There's a reason why we're still in London.

Youtube may delete the comment, but Gmail tells me how stupid and uneducated it really was.

Boring? Sure, and doubly so if you don't drink. Very few decent places to shop and eat, and public transit is awful / nonexistent.
On the bright side, it has Western, is cheap to live in and it's 2 hours on the highway or VIA to Toronto.
