Actually it was three steps if you watch closely, but even if it were two, you don't normally expect to lay out a player like that & not recieve a penalty. Like the commentators said, the play was clearly over. If Von Miller had tried to refrain from hitting Harrell, then it would most likely have been considered clean & there would be no controversy over this play. However, Miller was showing no sign of stopping. Therefore, I believe a penalty should have been called.

Also, by the way, Tech was trying to play LSU this year. After Tusla dropped us from their schedule we tried to have a home game against the Tigers, but they didnt want to come all the way to lubbock. As if it's THAT far. I guess it's not too far for UMass and Eastern Washington.
