So hey all, I found out the fix! At least for me - I replaced the universal Bosch O2 sensors that I put on with NTK Oxygen Sensors - they were made to match or exceed OE specifications. The two sensors were different in design and meant to fit a pre-cat and post-cat application. Make sure you order them correctly so you get one pre-cat and one post-cat because it really DOES matter to this vehicle's PCM!! :) GOOD LUCK!
Bad IAC Idle air valve. Located of back of throttle body. Clean it and if still a problem replace it. It is cheap. Make sure you disconnect battery when replacing.

@BlueNeon2005 I replaced the IAC amongst a ton of other crap. It didn't help the problem. :\
