if i can give a few pointers mate...you're too ridgid. That's no criticism because you clearly haven't been riding switch for long. Try to be more fluid, and push out your prominent ski more. Get lower in your ski and try only to look over one shoulder. Think about edge control. A stable base leads on to the ability to make easy adjustments when skiing switch. Good luck with it. It's looking good so far.
You should actually try to alternate which shoulder you look over, adjust just before starting the turn to look over the outside - it does feel weird, but you need to be looking down hill to see where you're going. This is the way it seems to be "taught" and I think the safest - because however good you are, switch skiing is a bit dangerous with blind spots etc...

your bindings are way too back of the skis. when skiing on twintips you put the bindings to the middle!
