Way too much! FSX demands all the resources my computer had at the time and then some. It's a little better now since I upgraded, but you gotta have a super computer to get any decent framerats. Some points back then I was getting about 5 FPS at certain times

It took me so many tries, that when I finally did it, I'm like screw it I'm done.

Also, this program that I have does it kind of weird. you don't hit any particular wire, once you hit a certain section of deck, you decelerate

If you would have gone to the bottom of the comments you would have realized that I knew this and for accuracy (the RAAF did not have the E at the time I made this video) I changed the designation. And I realize that this is not janes

If you were trying to be accurate, then you shouldn't have flown the plane. What good is your accuracy in calling it a B model when the video itself is showing us an E model Super Hornet? There went your accuracy, right out the window.

It's landable, but this is a product that you have to buy to get the traps and catapults

It would be really cool if Australian Hornets flew off American carriers...Maybe it will be possible when they get the JSF. I doubt if their Hornet pilots train for naval aviation anyway...

that isnt a F/A-18B it is a F/A-18E Super Hornet

The fsx model may be an E/F model, but the RAAF only has A and B models at the moment. They are planning on acquiring the E/f, but the deal was just recently made
