Actually I used no effects (the only video of mine in wih I used an effect - out of octaver where needed - is Murder by David Gilmour: I used a little phaser in the solo part).

Well, I guess on the LP version the bassline is synth since it doesn't "sound". Pino played it live.

Made me want to pick up my bass again! I always preferred chugging on my bass, but that's probably down to laziness as it would have taken me months (ifnot years) of practice to get to this standard.

Sul fretless si... E' un trick che Pino Palladino usava spesso a quei tempi (mid eighties).

Not actually. It's the sound of the original line in the background that gives the Chorus effect. Anyway, the sound of the bass itself is not bad ;o)

IRONMAN! Nice job dude. My dad wrote that song in the 60's. Paul Young did a great job with it. I want to upload dad's original version with a slideshow someday if I can get my hands on a clean digital version of it.
