yeah there are a few levels were all you need is a deck bridge with no steel or rope at all like level 49. just connect them all the way accross flat and it will hang like a rope bridge. Not sure why all the steel framework here.

LVL 45 i just put 3 segments of deck going accross and it didnt fall. not sure why i would need all the steel. With a total budget of 5100. Same for the level with the really long bridge i Just made a very long deck bridge with no reinforcement and the dude makes it along just fine aslong as the start and end are pretty much level the bridge doesnt break, and if it does just look were it breaks and add a single piece of steel in between.

guys for level 47 you have to make 4 bridges on top on the firs one and make all conecting steel rods have to be at least 4x

You need to "double up" (more than double, actually) some of the deck and some of the steel members. After seeing what breaks, reinforce it and try again.

Here's some specifics: use a quadruple (ie four) deck for the first half of the bridge. Double up the steel member that fastens at midspan (there are three at that joint; double the one that goes up towards the 11'oclock position). You'll have a budget of 662 remaining, and the bridge will work.

Better way to do Level 46 :

use deck from one site to the other, then use rope from the crane-thingie over the start, and down to all the points u can attach it to.

alot faster, and u earn more points.

I need help with level 49. I made mine look like yours but middle vertical support (small one under bridge) keeps popping no matter how many times I add to it (till I'm out of money, that is). Also tried varous combos of support around it. Arrgh!  Fat little blobs need to lose some weight and hussle across the bridges! Thanks.

make sure the length of your segments match mine. deck segments should be 5, 5, 6, 6, 5, 5. and then the 2nd level in the middle for extra support.

yup! for the 47: see the lil triangle who has a 90° angle? i "tripled" up both smallest and greatest segment, and i tripled up the left deck segment. If i remember, that should be OK and you could finish with something like 337 bucks. BTW, thx Tasselfoot for this great walkthrough, it's a cool game^^

i believe i doubled up on the pieces on the lower right. and i might have added 1 or 2 extra deck pieces to the left deck segment. alas, i forget exactly. use show stress to assist, and try to match my 64 remaining budget.

Finally completed that level, It's really hard, my steel supports kept braking, I tried to follow your design, but it wasn't working so I added some rope. So happy. I really like your guides.

did you add extra steep supports? i noted in the annotations that a few of the segments needed to be double layered for extra strength.

Yes, I saw the annotation and doubled up some of the segments, I think I probably wasn't doubling up the right ones. And using the stress button, still couldn't figure it out. At least there is more than one way to solve each level.

I'm now trying to figure out level 69 I think.

This is a great game, though.
