  • To think he scored all them runs on pitches similar to the ones you'd expect in division 7 of some random village league is incredible! natural pace bowlers were just as quick back then! There's no doubt he is the greatest player thus far to have played the game.

  • wow 99 average....this dude was kool

  • 99.94 run average, nuf said.

  • one thing people need to remember when comparing the don to modern players is even at the time, no other batsman averaged more than 60 ish (around that number), which as a whole is broadly similar as it is today. If it was easier for the batsmen to score in those days as some people claim, why weren't there dozens or even hundreds of batsmen who averaged 70 or 75 or 80 or more? there were none. except for one. So i don't think that point is really valid

  • :-) did you see that guy's bowling at 1:00? I think any modern day cricketer would have killed him...just look at the way he bowls...jeeez Sachin has never faced bowling such as this

  • @mihiir

harold larwood bowld 94 mph u noob

  • @mihiir hahahahahha true

  • @mihiir Yes but you can't compare the two batsmen as they played in such different eras... Look at the ball that bowls Bradman out, it must have been a good ball or he wouldn't have gone out, but bowl that to Sachin and he would hit it miles. What I'm saying is that you can't compare them, they are both legends but they played in two completely different eras with way different cricketing styles.

  • @MegaMoviesMan greatest batsmen can get out to most oridnary bowls.Sachin has beeen out to deliveries worse than it.Dont say any rubbish things to degrade a great batsman.Bradman has contibuted a lot to cricket

  • @mihiir Sachin has been out to many worse deliveries. And this video is tribute to a great player not to point out silly hypothesis.Sachin is not the only great player which world has seen .There have been many great players in Indian team even in his era

  • @007dalal I am not degrading Donald Bradman... I am saying that both great batsmen played in completely different cricketing era's. It is impossible to judge whether Sachin would have found it easy, because Cricket was a developing sport and bowls like that were considered good.

  • @MegaMoviesMan i agree that both played in different era ..I am saying that good delivery is always good and vioce versa .And Sachin has been out to many oridnary deliveries

  • @mihiir The worst bowlers are on his team!!

  • he cant play spin well !!

  • first and last innings,he was under pressure and he succumbs, now analyse the greatness of sachin

  • @intellectseeker you are a complete fucking idiot. sachin will NEVER, EVER be better then Bradman.

  • @omgguerrera sachin carried the hope of billions for years, sachin is almost like god in india which puts lot of expectation pressure on him and now analyse his records despite that enormous pressure thrusted on him by his countrymen and millions of his admirers around the world, his record is unbelievably great.Bradman was under expectation pressure of people since it was his last game and he needed 4 runs to achieve "100" average per innings and he awfully succumbed.

  • @intellectseeker stop talking about the pressure/expectations of sachin, bradman carried the same level during his career. And stop bringing up his last innings, it is completely irrelevant, even the greatest of all time faulter.. your acting as if Sachin has never been rolled for a duck. So what he didnt achieve a 100 average per innings? His average still shits on Sachins.

  • @omgguerrera bradman was under same pressure as sachin is,ohhh really?thanks for your idiotic and stupid remark,it really showered light on your obnoxiuous state of mind and your lack of wisdom.Anyway bradman's 100 average is irrelevant as he played against only 3 countries, barring england, 2 teams were minnows, besides that he never faced great bowlers in his lifetime as sachin did.

  • @intellectseeker Pressure is never proportiional to teams played or or population of country. And Bradman played in worst time of 20th century (inter war period, post war period, great depression ).These crisis ended long before Sachin was born.So Sachin didnt had pressure as much as Bradman

  • @intellectseeker If pressure is proprotional to population, then no carribean batsman can be called great.Because they dont have pressure of billion people. Then no player in any feild coming from small countries can be called great.Which great players will come only from China an India or perhaps USA .No player from small african countries

  • @007dalal You're being silly. Yes, Sachin is a cricketing legend, but his average and consistency is nowhere near the levels set by the Great Don Bradman. Nobody will ever match him. Nobody!

  • @007dalal its just a metaphor, dont go by each word used in phrase, just try to understand what i want to say, bradman never got analysed and scrutinized by media as sachin is,sachin's batting technique is analysed by opposition with help of modern techniques, bradman never hd to go through that.Bradman scored runs against one serious opposition i.e england and minnows, bradman never faced all time great bowlers in his lifetime which was'nt the case with sachin, that makes sachin greater then bradman.

  • so shit

  • Never see the like of him again - nobody will get anywhere near his average - remarkable

  • amazing batsman

  • Ohh man.. That z sooo heart breaking...

  • this is amazing there should be more comments
