If you can have your thumb on the back of the neck and finger one secured on string 1 fret 2, you can stretch them on and off. Also, I try to put fingers 2, 3, and 4 down and push them around in-between the 1st and 2nd fret until they settle into the position.
I had the same problem. Most likely problem is you haven't been playing long and your fingers aren't used to being in a tight space. In time they'll become more nimble, just practice other chords for now and stretch your fingers from time to time.
I would also try doing an exercise where you use your thumb as a pivot point on the back of the neck, around the 2 fret area. Stretch your fingers back while slowly stretching them forward towards the area that you and playing the chord. For this Chord, you may want to place the thumb a 1/2 inch towards string one on the back of the neck.
there has to be an easier way to play that note..its so difficult for me cuz my fingers dont stretch that far apart.

although you will get away with playing it as you have done.. for optimum sound you need to barre the 2nd fret from the 5th string (A)..
