Actually the plane does spawn again. you have to drive down the path next to the runway and than back up but in the same vehicle and you have to go all the way down the path, the plane will spwan again and just sit runnin gon the runway.

@RainfulPhenix DEFENTLY worth getting i got the game ages ago like 1 and a half years or so and i still play it to this day on and on ps3 u can do screen capture for 10 minutes each video with out interrupting your game play and when the clip done it will ask if u wanna save it to youtube or your ps3 hard drive to watch later and there very small video sizes and soo many things to do explore and unlock and play i would recommend u get it im a big fan of open world games if u r 2 u will like it

the G9-eclipse is a fighter-bomber. fighters are more manueverable than fighter-bombers thats why the eclipse has 4 miniguns and 4 rocket launchers unike the leopord that has 2 miniguns and 2 rocket launchers.

@darkkilla18 On PC, it's simple. Just search for a blackmarket mod over at justcause2mods.

If your on a console, you'll have to live with it unless you want the risk of being banned from XBL or PSN. It's also quite a bit more difficult to install mods on them.

@darkkilla18 I don't know anything about console modding apart from the fact that you need a disc burner, a load of discs and a way to implement the mods without the firmware realising a change in file integrity.

For a console to even be able to read a standard disc you'd need to replace the drive inside it (I think).
