thats how you its done i just close some this week no money no credit thats the way to do it Antonio anyway keep it up let me make it simple folks yes you do need some money for advertising you can do it the easy way on the bandit signs which i do a lot is signs,marker, an yes posting them up once you get a seller who wants to sell then you negotiate price if there is any back taxes or liens all that will be taking care of at the title company 9 times out of 10 the sellers know to learn more.

I have strong equity built in them, and strong earnings at JOB and savings, etc.
Yet what you are doing is the best. Build it Sell it.

His bullsh*t about buy for "pennies on the dollar" doesn't speak to getting a property with clear title! He doesn't talk about back owed taxes, liens, etc. So it seems to me he wants YOUR information to draw you in then BANG! You want more? You'll wind up having to PAY his game running behind.
